Renewing Members

Greetings from Florrie, Seymour, and the Community Performing Arts family! We know you have many options for entertainment, and we're grateful you choose us.

Renewal Instructions
The deadline to renew for the 2013 season was March 1, 2012. We can no longer guarantee availability for members who did not renew on time. We may, however, have space in our newest series - the Saturday matinees - and would love for you to join us there. Call 1-800-716-6975 to sign up today (phone service charges will apply). 

For the 2013 season, members were given the option of renewing for their current series or moving to the Saturday matinees (Series 10). Requesting a series change or increasing your number of subscriptions would place you on a wait-list, and wait-list resolution is sometimes not completed until the end of August.

Service Charges
There is a non-refundable, $5/subscription service charge for phone orders.  Returned checks will incur a $15 fee.

Refunds
For the 2012 season, refund requests received before October 1, 2011, are subject to a $10/subscription fee.  Requests received after that date are subject to a $40/subscription fee.  No refunds will be given after December 31, 2011. Unless stated otherwise, the same fee schedule will apply for future seasons.

Exchanges
Should a conflict arise with one of the performances within your requested series, an exchange for an alternate date may be possible.  Exchange requests will be accepted after December 15. All requests should be made at least one week in advance. Exchanges are provided, when possible, as a courtesy to our members. They are not guaranteed, as stated in our applications.
