Greetings from Florrie, Seymour, and the Community Performing Arts family! We know you have many options for entertainment, and we're grateful you choose us.
Renewal Instructions
For the 2013 season, you may renew for your current series, Series 9, or Series 10. Requesting a series change, or increasing your number of subscriptions, will place you on a waitlist. Waitlist resolution may not be complete until the end of August. To renew by mail, please complete an application and mail it along with your check to Community Performing Arts.
To renew (for your current series only) over the phone with a credit card, please call 1.800.716.6975 and select option 2 for customer service. There is a non-refundable, $5/subscription service charge for phone orders.

Service Charges
There is a non-refundable, $5/subscription service charge for phone orders. Returned checks will incur a $15 fee.
Refunds
For the 2012 season, refund requests received before October 1, 2011, are subject to a $10/subscription fee. Requests received after that date are subject to a $40/subscription fee. No refunds will be given after December 31, 2011. Unless stated otherwise, the same fee schedule will apply for future seasons.
Exchanges
Should a conflict arise with one of the performances within your requested series, an exchange for an alternate date may be possible. Exchange requests will be accepted after December 15. All requests should be made at least one week in advance. Exchanges are provided, when possible, as a courtesy to our members. They are not guaranteed, as stated in our applications.
